With this tool you can download mission data from falcon and edit/plan your mission via datacards, edit comms, performance and upload it to your DTC in Falcon BMS. This tool is for users that like to create and edit Tactical Engagements (TEs) You will be unable to create TEs from scratch with this tool, missions will still need to be made within BMS itself. However with MC, it does allow you to achieve things that you can 't normally do in the Falcon UI. Remember that this is just a beta and use it at your own risk.
It might be smart to make a backup of the mission that you work with. BMS 4.33 includes a new weather option. This allows you to create local weather that moves dynamically in the theater.
The new weather option is using a 'Weather Map' and a couple are already provided with BMS. This tool provides you with the features to create and edit your own weather maps.
