It only acts as a way to speed up capping stuff if you dont have much time to play, also once you maxed out a class you can keep playing that class to get evolution sparks which helps you to max other classes without having to play them.

It is good for those who don't have a lot of free time and just want to play game couple of hours in a day. You will cap faster with premium. I myself who have some more free time have found, that premium is pointless. I cap and then I have nothing to do. Now without premium I have things to do. Yes game looks more gindy, but at least I'm having more fun.
