It was mainly because the translated version wasn't 100% translated. So you'd end up getting a lot of?????? And it just seemed like a game from the 90's.
It was just a normal window with multiple other windows. It wasn't a fullscreen game or anything. This is a prime example. The windows were confusing and hard to manage. I just wish I could find the translated version for you guys. It was a few years ago. And the website that was translating it, shut down.
